Godsmania have a previous release on Spanner Records and they make what can only be described as vintage 80’s inspired jangle pop and these new songs are perfect examples of fuzzed up, yet understated, guitar pop – maybe hinting at influences beyond their jangle pop roots and I can hear echoes of Yo La Tengo at their fuzzy pop best in these two songs.
